Anyone know where the filmed the film? was it in leeds or near the tv studios?

Hi Clunk Click, it was actually done in London, Notting Hill. 82, Chesterton Road, they used an empty house at the time of filming.
Be great for some then and now shots! Anyone around that area?

alas i no longer live in that area, but if i can find someone to tka epics ill ask them may have to settle with a google earth view...

Hello I have just joined this forum today. My wife and I are great fans of the TV series and the film. I have a question regarding the film, the scene at the newsagents, can anyone tell me this location?

its a mystery to me to, i would guess near the house they used in notting hill.

Just concerning the newsagents scene, I noted that Rigsby was holding an Evening Standard newspaper in his hand, that was a London paper at that time before it merged with the Evening News in the late 1980's I think.
